As at December 31, 2009 the ZSE Group (Západoslovenská energetika, a.s., ZSE Distribúcia,
a.s., ZSE Energia, a.s., and Enermont, s.r.o.) had on average 1,874 employees, of which 33
managers (2008: 1,888 employees, of which 30 managers).
