Západoslovenská energetika, a.s., and its subsidiaries respect the rules of whole energy market integrity and transparency, as laid down by the Regulation (EU) no 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Regulation (EU) no 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on wholesale energy market integrity and transparency establishes, in particular, rules concerning the prohibition of insider trading, prohibition of market manipulation and the obligation of wholesale energy market participants to disclose inside information and other information under the Regulation.
In line with Article 4 of this Regulation, Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. and its subsidiaries Západoslovenská distribučná, a.s. and ZSE Energia, a.s. shall disclose inside information on the following websites: www.skupinazse.sk, www.zse.sk.
