E.SK Centrum služieb, s.r.o., with its registered office in Košice, serves as a shared services centre for the ZSE Group in the area of IT, transactional financial and personnel services, as well as administrative and technical support for all companies within the ZSE Group.

Through its expert services it also contributes to increasing digitisation and automation of processes. Thanks to its professional capacities, it ensures a high standard of internal services and effectively contributes to process optimization across the entire Group.

E.SK Centrum služieb, s.r.o. is a subsidiary of Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. and the successor to Východoslovenská energetika Holding a.s., which, since the beginning of the integration process (the merger of the ZSE Group and the VSE Holding Group in November 2023), has positioned itself as an organization aiming to centralize and carry out more efficient professional activities.
