Východoslovenská distribučná, a.s. (VSD) is an energy company focusing on electricity distribution to the end customer through its own distribution system. It owns a distribution system of almost 22,600 km in the Eastern Slovakia, distributing electricity to over 600,000 supply points.
VSD was established in November 2005 and started its activity on 1 July 2007, when it separated from Východoslovenská energetika a.s. (VSE). The company was a member of the VSE Holding Group until 23 November 2023 being fully owned by Východoslovenská energetika Holding a.s. at that time. On 24 November 2023, VSD became a member of the ZSE Group. It is now fully owned by Západoslovenská energetika, a.s.
